Current results from research and development were presented to the participants of the InnoMix workshop at the IKMZ Cottbus on 20.10.22 with exhibits from the Science Gallery.
In short impulse lectures experts informed about medical applications of micro and nanotechnologies as well as optical processes and digital innovations.

Integrated photonic sensors, Raman spectroscopy, medical radar, refractive index sensor, artificial intelligence and neuroadaptive research were the main topics. Topics tables and discussion rounds provided for active exchange among the participants from industry, science and research.

We were able to experience the innovative strength of LAUSITZ live in our workshop format on 29.9.2022. We will take many interesting conversations, new contacts, suggestions and ideas home with us. For this, we would like to sincerely thank all participants!

We have put together a few impressions of networking, discussing and listening for you.

The Digital Representative of the State of Brandenburg, State Secretary Dr. Benjamin Grimm, learned about the digitization project at BTU, the iCampµs – Innovation Campus for Electronics and Microsensorics, on August 8, 2022.

Through many intensive discussions, State Secretary Dr. Grimm received, among others, from Prof. Dr.- Ing. Gerhard Kahmen (Director of the IHP – Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics and member of the iCampµs steering committee) and Prof. Dr. Gesine Grande (President of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg) as well as during the subsequent laboratory tour led by Michael Stolz many further insights into the contents and practical application possibilities as well as the innovation potential of microsensors and digitalization especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the structural change process of Lusatia.

On 15.06.2022 the iCampµs – Innovation Campus Electronics and Microsensorics successfully starts into the 2nd funding phase with an interesting kick-off event.
In addition to panel discussions and the presentation of the project, the audience was particularly enthusiastic about the scientific expertise and the diverse future-oriented application possibilities of micro- and nanosensorics. We have compiled the impressions of the day for you as a picture gallery.
